  • Cardio + Strength

    Full body movements combining strength and cardio.

  • Tabata

    Fast-paced, 20-second sets based on giving it all you’ve got rewarded by 10 seconds of rest.

  • Kickboxing

    No bags, no gloves, just the moves. Fun sequences that give your mind a workout too.

  • Kettlebell

    With free weights, the nearest heavy object, or an actual kettlebell. Time to move.

  • Let me know about any injuries and I will suggest an alternate move just for you! No excuses

  • Come when you can. Need to join late? Can only do the first 45 minutes? Just come!
