Fast-paced, 20-second sets based on giving it all you’ve got rewarded by 10 seconds of rest.

No bags, no gloves, just the moves. Fun sequences that give your mind a workout too.

With free weights, the nearest heavy object, or an actual kettlebell. Time to move.
